About the role
The Blockchain Architect will work with IT and Sales teams to understand the business demands to design and build solutions to leverage cross-asset concepts and frameworks. You will work on emerging technologies, build POC’s leveraging internal infrastructure and data, and partner with Product on implementation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions for our customers using blockchain and other cloud services
- Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies, act as a SME for Blockchain Develop an overall blockchain ecosystem engagement strategy
- In partnership with the business development, solution architects and sales team, formulate and execute a strategy to drive adoption of blockchain
- Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering
- Develop chaincode and smart contracts
- Develop Hyperledger or Ethereum based solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code
- Create proof-of-concept technology demonstrations
- Define Blockchain components including security & privacy
- Proficient with Golang and NodeJS/ReactJS
Skills and Qualifications
- Computer Science degree with 7+ years of experience in software development, including design, implementation, debugging, and support
- Experience working with blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Truffle and Hyperledger in projects
- Strong proficiency in developing software solutions with hands on experience in one or more relevant languages (Solidity, C++, Java, Node.js, Go)
- Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time
- Experience in writing smart contracts for blockchain frameworks such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum
- Experience designing and building highly-scaled distributed systems and web services
- Very strong computer science fundamentals in algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Thorough understanding of parallel algorithms, concurrency, asynchronous architectures
- Strong knowledge on the consensus models, underlying intricacies and protocols
- Strong grip on Native APIs, encryption, crypto and building DApps
