About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Graphic Artist to work both in our Digital Marketing business arm and our Digital Ventures team to support the creative strategy as we promote and market some of the most innovative and exciting platform as a service projects.
Our ideal candidate should have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software (Adobe creative suite and other similar tools.)
Responsibilities:
- Design and create industry-standard, high-quality graphics, images, and logos.
- Work closely with creative teams to design and deliver asset needs for clients.
- Prepare various template files for social and promotional media.
- Keep up to date with current design trends and potential new trend directions.
- Regularly collaborate and communicate with the Marketing team to understand project vision and business goals to define best creative solution.
- Continually improve and update project visual designs (logo, color palette, etc.), discover shortcomings and provide creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and marketing.
- Strong portfolio of recent and best work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Experience in graphic animation is a plus.
- Experience in AI-based image generation is a bonus.
- Creative mindset, with a desire to improve and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to have creative discussions and critiques.
